Product leaked all over package. Tape around the bottle top came loose. Othe products in shipment were coated in this. The product itself is great but I lost a significant amount to due to leakage. Extremely disappointed. This should have been sealed using plastic not scotch tape. I have received other items from this company direct with no problem .

This concentrate is wonderful when you add it to a gallon jug of repellent it makes repellent three times as powerful so please get this back up for sale ASAP !!!! Bill Zuggi

I use the concentrate and mix in a spray bottle. It needs frequent, almost daily, reapplications to be 100% effective. It gets sprayed under the hood of the cars, lawn tractor, etc. I would recommend with notation about the need for frequent applications.

I Like the fact that this product works. Our facility where I work was compromised by rodents & Squrrels two years ago. I searched several places before I found it on Amazon. YES INDEED IT WORKS!!! rodents no more of any kind thus far. We still periodically treat with this product.I just hope by putting the truth about the Repellent, it will not encrease in price...just sayingThanks

It is hard to say if something like this product really works when you are attempting to not see something - mice. It does smell great, and I sprayed inside my garden sheds and garage for the winter. I do think there should be a warning on the label to use gloves. Even diluted correctly the over-spray dribble burned my skin.

Bought this out of desperation. Thousands spent at mechanics repairing rodent damage to car wiring (thanks to peanut oils used in manufacturing). So far seems to be working as advertised. We live rural so rodents are part of life unfortunately. This year has been pretty severe as far as their activity. Right before I bought this I was going to mechanics 2-3 times a month getting chewed wires replaced and repaired. Since I’ve started using this I’ve noticed no further rodent damage. If you like cinnamon and mint odors it’s pleasant. I wasn’t taking any chances after I got this. For good measure I use 1 TBS per 36ounce spray bottle of hot water then I add 50 drops of organic peppermint oil and shakr. Then immediately spray before the oils have a chance to separate from the water.

Easy to use. Safe around kids and pets. Helpful in protecting wireing on vehiclesand keeping rodents from nesting in storage areas.
