Very impressed, has a great feel, and seems to be better quality than stock. No issues with install, got both front and back. It does take some time for full install, a lot of small parts.

My pro 2 controller shell was falling apart and peeling. I decided to get the front and back shell, along with ammo casing buttons for a rifle themed controller. The kit came with everything including common breakable mechanism replacement parts for the controller. The controller feels and fits nice with the original hardware. It comes with a few extra hardware pieces in case you mess up. I love the new look and the feel.

I bought both top and bottom shell from ExtremeRate and I am pleased with the product! Both came with all of the parts and tools needed for the project and the videos they gave for the instructions were clear and easy to follow. After assembly the controller looks and feels like new! Great value to replace the shells versus buying a new controller saving me over half what it would cost to buy a new elite controller. The shells feel durable and even a little thicker then the OEM shells and have a great tactile feel to them.

The round Dpad does not have enough clearance on the right side. It made it difficult to push D-right. Using the + D pad works without issues. Otherwise works as expected.

Item arrived on time. I purchased both front and back wood grain face plate covers took me about 45mins to 1 hours to swap all parts from old shell housing to new shell housing first time rebuilding elite series 2 core controller and without using the video on YouTube. Everything works and feels great in the hands. Would recommend buying front and back face plate rebuild kit from eXtremeRate seller. Will buy again in future if I need 2.

All pieces arrived in good condition it was a perfect fit. So happy so soft and silly smooth now if they would release the matching buttons and back shell. If I were to have any grip the tool they send to take the faceplate off is very weak luckily I had a car bezel removal kit made it easy to get off

Perfect fit for Elite Series 2. Easy install, fits perfectly, smooth feel. Highly recommended! If you are unsure, get it, you will not be disappointed!

first off, the fit is horrible. the holes for the abxy buttons are offset, therefore the buttons rub on the edges causing the buttons to hang onto the sides for a second. and upon removing the cover, the plastic retainers broke0/10 unusable. better off sticking with the oem faceplate
