Would this work for printing a whole image on and then writing on? (Custom Stationery)

This is your typical run of the mill copy paper. 80 GSM is the weight which is approximately 21 or 22 pound in American equivalance. You can use it in a color printer and print graphics and what not. You can use if for writing on and taking notes. It doesn't have a fancy customer stationery type of texture.

How well does it handle fountain pen ink?

It isn't too bad...no discernible feathering...BUT I tend to use Fine nibs...I do notice there is some bleed with "juicy" nibs, like a Pelikan.

Are the 6 holes punched already?
