Not at all as listed - foggy and not breathable
This mask is listed as made for running and as anti-fog and breathable - it is NONE of those things! My glasses fog up more in this mask than any of my other ones and it is very hard to breathe in!

good broduct but no nose support so mask will often be close to your face while breathing with little room.
