Unless you hang a small framed picture that you can hold with your other hand while punching the hole, this product is useless. You will also need help hanging medium to large artwork, requiring another person to lift the art off the product's hook(s), because you can't hold the product steady while lifting the art by its wire and setting it on the floor. The product also has no centerline, meaning that if you place the art on the wall first, and mark its top, it covers the mark. It also does not account for the hook's height. I hoped that the product would help our installers, but it does not eliminate the need to use a tape measure, level, and understand dimensions. Now, if you just want to walk up to a wall and randomly hang mom's small picture, then this product is for you. But if you're hanging multiple artwork sizes in a compositional format, it is not.

Well I’ve never had an easy time hanging pictures before I always tend to have to knock in two or three nails before getting it right. This however makes it super easy. Nothing fancy a piece of plastic but it absolutely works in helping you hang photos evenly and precisely every time. Look at how the holes are aligned-I manage to hang up a 4 x 5 painting thanks to this. The kit with nails and stuff that comes with it is just a bonus.

This kit is pretty awesome! It comes with literally everything you will need to hang a picture or anything really to your wall. I am into crafts so this kit will certainly come in hand for me. I am always pulling things apart to repurpose and recreate them to my liking so having all the small hooks and nails will be helpful when I finish my projects and need to fix them to the wall. I am surprised at how easy it is to use. When I first took the yellow piece out of the bag I was skeptical but it works exactly as described. It even has a level on it so you will never have to worry if its straight again. I always have to wait for my husband to help me cause I cant tell if what I am hanging is straight or not. I like how all the loose pieces are packaged up into a very useable container. It makes my life so much easier to be able to grab it quick when my hands are full.

This does NOT mark where the nail goes unless you are hanging a frame directly on the nail. It marks where the wire sits on the gadget with no way to account for the length of the hook. If you put the nail where it marks the wall, the frame will end up considerably lower than intended. The level is also pointless since it only shows whether the gadget itself is level. The frame could be hanging completely crooked on the gadget and its level can’t possibly help figure out when the frame is actually straight. There is also nothing to help space multiple frames around each other. You basically still need to do a bunch of manual measuring, marking, and leveling. I have no idea how this has so many good reviews unless people are just randomly hanging stuff without caring how accurate the positioning is.

Upon seeing a posted review, I checked the level of the just arrived package. The level on the long side is, indeed, off by some - maybe a degree. The level that would be used the most for smaller frames is ok. I checked with two different levels to be sure. The hangers are not good quality. When I ordered I mistakenly thought that the hangers were the OOK type based on apperance. OOK hangers ARE of very high quality. These are cheap Chinese metal stampings, only slightly better to those sold by $Tree. Search "OOK picture hangers" and you'll find what I was expecting.

My mother moved and needed multiple pictures hung. I had seen this advertised in the past and had been intrigued. We bought it and it worked like a dream, especially if the picture you want to hang has a hanger on the back that just fits on the nail itself. If you use a hanging hook, you will need to account for that extra 2.75-5.5mm drop but thankfully my husband realized that and allowed for it when measuring. It's great that it comes with such a nice variety of hangers, hooks and the nails. It really has everything you need other than the hammer. I also love that it has a level built in. I would definitely recommend it to any one who has to hang pretty much anything on their walls that doesn't require a dry wall anchor.

Ever have a client that was hard to pick a gift?! Look no further! This is a great addition to a gift basket for hanging pictures when they move into their new home! It's a great price, size and easy to use. I would recommend anyone keep one handy for hanging pics and keeping them level.

Except for hanging a single object on an empty wall, where a tiny starter hole might be a slight help, I can see no use for this. You can’t use it within 10 inches of the ceiling. If you need to measure distance from any surface or another object, you need a tape measure and a pencil any way. This doesn’t work in those circumstances. Or if it does, there were no directions or usable videos to show how. Not impressed with the selection of hanging hardware either. But not worth the trouble to return in a pandemic.

Me parece que la información del paquete es muy mala, no tiene alguna guía o por lo menos indicadores para los diferentes tipos de accesorios. Además me parece esta pensado para usos muy delicados, no quedé satisfecho y ha sido díficil de usar.

Excelente ayuda para colocar los cuadros y fotografías! Lo recomiendo mucho!

Una forma más facil para colgar cuadros. Trae de todo, clavos, alambre, etc...
