One bottle was empty because the cap was loose or broken which soaked the box.
What i did not like was paying for four bottles of product and getting one empty bottle inside a fluid soaked box with three other bottles. A new bottle should be shipped to replace the defective bottle.

These are mandatory items in our factory as required by OSHA. They fully satisfy all safety requirements and we always buy them to replace expired ones.
