After spin class, I was whipped. Like it took me a few hours to feel normal again. A friend who is a regular Peloton user recommended these to me. I’d tried several “hydration” powders to dissolve in water, but they were so high in sodium, I’d stayed away. These are a LOT lower sodium than others on the market (I don’t have blood pressure issues, but why risk it?). The taste is good and they work. I drink one of these dissolved during class (an hour) and I’m fine afterwards and for the rest of the day. I don’t use them after lifting and I don’t run, but I think they’d be find there too.

I like it, although it tends to clump up and is exceedingly difficult to get to dissolve completely. The taste is good enough.

Ordered nov 22 and now I see they expired may 23!!! Whaaat..

I thought I was ordering the old formulation because that is what is pictured and offered no ingredient description.Do you have the old formulation of the lemon lime amped hydrate?

This is a super old product. Refund please.

We loved the old formula , this is not good
