These are so comfortable. Very comparable to Thigh Society's "Original" slip short but much more affordable! Amazing value. They are not see through and are soft. For the purpose of anti-chafing under dresses and skirts, I have purchased slip shorts from Thigh Society which are great in comfort but pricey; then tried to go the more affordable route with a brand from Target. But Target's slip short did not compare in quality. This has been the best of both worlds! I didn't see a length listed when I purchased (and while I haven't measured), they seem to be about 9" which is what I was looking for. I like mine on the longer side for maximum comfort, anti-chafe, and no riding up the thigh when I walk. I wear a size 10/12 in bottoms and purchased the size 12-14. They are not at all too big. They fit just right, and do not roll! I analyze and second guess my purchases a lot, so I hope this helps someone else feel confident in their purchase, and that it works out as perfectly for others as it has for me.

Bought some of these in 2019. They've held up beautifully through washing & wearing & are still wearable. I needed more black & I was so happy they are still available in 2025. They are comfortable, close fitting, but not tight. The leg & waist band doesn't cut into my skin. Breathable crotch. No seams on sides, which was wonderful when I had my hip replacement surgery! No panty lines showing. They don't ride up the crack of your butt or roll down under your belly. The material is slippery, so you don't have to just wear them under skirts or dresses- wearing them under jeans & pants is great too - no binding, pulling or moving around like regular underwear. They work great for wearing around the house like shorts under a nightie or t-shirt too!

Nice fit , high waisted, however waist roll often , also it runs really large.

These just arrived and I was anxious to try them on to judge whether they would serve my purpose. I didn't buy them for shaping, instead was looking for a liner for slacks made of a too clingy fabric. Mind you I have _not_ worn them a day, but based on the try-on, particularly the ease with which they pulled on, I expect all day comfort. I did not have to squirm, twist or bounce around to pull these up. They slid up my body with the silkiness of a slip. Neither did they create a tell-tale squeeze-line above my knees or around my thighs as some shapers do. I expect to be a return customer in the near future. BTW, the only reason I did not rate them a full 5 stars is because I have not actually worn them yet. UPDATE: I've since worn these and have come back to upgrade the star rating to 5. Concerned about those clingy slacks, I checked the 'view' from every angle before leaving the house and felt confident it was good to go. These are so easy to pull on and wear, you can forget you have them on. The waistband didn't roll down and the legs didn't roll up. This was a good purchase.

the material of these is hard to describe, but it's kind of like the top of pantyhose except a little slippery? they slid onto my legs like butter, I was delighted with how they feel on my legs. not quite bike shorts, not quite swimsuit, not quite underwear but very comfy! and very lightweight. I'm a size 12-14 175 lbs and 5'5" and they fit great. no rolling down or up so far! these are definitely coming with me on my Europe trip this summer.

The fabric is soft and comfortable against my skin. Sizing is off- it runs large, I would suggest ordering down a size. The length of the inseam was too long for me, stopping approximately 3 inches above my knee. I am 5’3”. The waistband is very thick and wide, no problem with rolling. I wouldn’t order again although it has been fairly comfortable all day. I gave it a 3 star rating because I didn’t care for the waistband and the sizing is off.

These slip shorts are the unsung heroes of summer. No chafing, no riding up, and—hallelujah—no circulation loss. I didn’t feel like I was being gently strangled by a sweaty boa constrictor. They’re true to size, stay in place, and best of all, don’t roll down or bunch up halfway through the day. I wore them under a dress for hours and forgot they were even there—which is the highest compliment I can give anything labeled “shapewear.” If you’re looking for comfort, coverage, and a break from the chafe, this is your golden find.

I was skeptical but also chafing enough to give it a shot. I saw IG ads for something way more expensive but figured that I had nothing to lose here. I'm in NYC so it's hot and humid and we walk a lot so optimal testing conditions. Here's why I actually took the 2 minutes to write a review for the girlies (or dudes, no judgment): 1. Super smooth on - even silky, not sure how or why. 2. Fits right - doesn't ride up or down, just stays in place. 3. How does it feel cool? I'm no scientist but that's a pretty awesome benefit. Overall, it may be magic but it works and it's nice to have something that doesn't make you feel like your thighs are in a swamp.
