This gift Bible is fantastic, it comes with tons of extras as an intro to the Bible itself, has all the books and has several maps of different time periods behind the glossary, along with reading plans and a built in How-To guide. I just wanted a classic Catholic Bible and got way more than expected. A+++

Wonderful quality and commentary
This is the only Catholic Bible I will purchase for gifts from now on! I love the introduction to each book. They’re easy to understand for most ages and include where the book is read within the liturgical calendar. I thought the font would be tiny because the Bible is thin and lightweight. It’s not! And there’s room in margins for short notes. I got this for my daughter’s First Communion. It would be the perfect confirmation Bible too.

Beautiful bible!
My 14 year old granddaughter asked for a Bible for Christmas and I got this one. It is perfect for her. She highlights passages that are important to her and reads it daily. It fits perfectly in the bible case I bought to go with it. It’s a perfect gift.

Lovely Bible in the perfect size.
High quality materials went into the production of this Bible. The leather like white cover feels rich and sturdy, the paper is just the right thickness and the font is perfect size to read. I purchased it for myself to take along in my tote as its size is perfect for that, but I feel it would make an absolutely lovely gift as well. Lovely Bible!

Excelent cover
The bible's cover is beautiful with inticrate designs and the translation is very easy to understand.

Excellent Catholic Bible for Price
Great bible for price. Soft touch feels nice. I like that ultra thin pages. I'm seeing many comments that this bible does not include Apocrypha, however they are wrong. Apocrypha is NOT labeled in most Catholic bibles as it is incorporated in the Old Testament. Tobit, Judith, Winston of Solomon, Sirach, Baruch, 1-2 Maccabees etc.. (with some variation of the names) are all included, which is in fact Apocrypha. They do not separate them as distinct separate sections as it is already integrated in the NESV bible. Believers of different sects of Christianity may feel entitled to see them as distinctly separate or expect them to be titled to their own liking to accommodate their own beliefs.

Catholic bible
Beautiful bible, just like the pictures and description. The pages are a bit thin but I was still able to use highlighters without it bleeding.
