I like everything about this vacuum , it’s way better than all the other ones I used, takes short time to charge and suction power is high, the attachments are easy to put on and take off, the waste is easily removable for a quick dump, when I use it , it’s easy to turn so I can get into the corners and crevices, it’s pretty quiet , don’t really hear it around the house, so easy to carry and use be cause it’s so lightweight , your getting a great deal compared to all the other brands (not as good). Love how it’s cordless so I can take it anywhere in the house and won’t have to worry about finding a outlet, it can also hold a lot of waste so you don’t have to worry about dumping it after every session.

PROS: This product has really GREAT suction on Max mode (picks up a lot of dirt/debris on carpets in this setting). The auto feature is very cool as well (the machine will increase/decrease suction automatically if there is dirt detected). Using Auto is prob the desired setting for the best cleaning and saving on battery life. The machine glides very nicely and gets into hard to reach places.CONS: I love the MAX mode but it definitely drains the battery very quickly and the product needs the full 3+ hrs time to charge. I use this product 2-3x a day to clean approx 1,200 sq ft and if I use MAX mode too much I am barely getting all of the cleaning done at 1x so I need to set it to charge (for this reason I am thing to buy the battery backup). Another issue is this is NOT lightweight...it is heavier and you notice it more when trying to use it to clean the ceiling fans or blinds. I also have carpal tunnel so I need to switch hands frequently when vaccum because it is heavier. Lastly, the light on the main vaccum head has a sensor which only turns the light on if it's dark - I wish the light stayed on constantly as its provides additional help to see dirt.Overall: I like the product and I am keeping it as the suction quality is good. I would recommend it but would caution people regarding my cons listed in case those are deal breakers (i.e. it being a heavier unit).

*Update* *** NO FILTERS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, THAT IS A PROBLEM *** bought replacements 1/2022 and now that link is no good. Cannot find any on Amazon6/12/2023 - Second purchase! Let me tell you what, I have had this for a few years and it FINALLY broke! This vacuum is amazing. I love the wall mount that charges the spare battery. The carpet attachment doesn't work well, so I use my Kenmore to do my few carpet areas, but MOST of my house is hardwood. The hardwood floor attachment is fantastic. I have to use the broom to get things off the wall sometimes, but usually this thing is a beast! My vacuum fell off a chair in the kitchen and the hard plastic where you hold it, cracked. Every time I used it, it would CLICK CLICK CLICK, and it was the plastic breaking slowly. After about a week, it just FELL apart in my hands. I looked and looked for a new vacuum comparable to this one. The Dyson 8 was the closed but it was $350, this was $209. I just went with the one I KNEW was good. Got my new one last Friday and man it's already proved it's moneys worth! Would highly recommend to anyone.OLD REVIEW:I absolutely love my vacuum. I will be buying a spare battery this week. I did my entire house on one battery but I was really rushing myself. The spare battery will take that away. It doesn't work so well on my thick rug in my living room however, I had to go over it with my kenmore canister vacuum. I do wish the dust compartment was larger, as I have 3 dogs and I think I had to clean it out 5 times during the process. But between my Kenmore and this one, they are pretty comparable. I used to own a house cleaning business and my Kenmore was $499 and on a scale from 1 to 10 my Kenmore is a 9 and this one is a close 8. I am very happy with the purchase! The cordless feature is the most amazing. House of 7 makes it so simple to just clean up messes quickly! And it's light enough for my elderly grandmother to use as well. Can't wait to use the upholstery tool on my van and car seats! I waited almost a year for this purchase and read literally 3k reviews !

This is a great vacuum and can keep up with some of the more expensive ones. It was great when it was new. The caveats are as follows.-Filter replacements are never in stock or rarely in stock. This severely limits the ability to keep this unit going because your vacuum will be doing more work since the filter will be less porous due to not being able to replace it.-Battery degraded fairly quickly. The battery that supplied was able to vacuum our 1700 sqft house no problem. A couple of months later with the above filter issue we were only able to do 3/4th of the house. A half year it went to 1/2 the house. By the end of the year we were having trouble just doing 1/4 of the house. Replacement batteries are listed but I have never seen them in stock on the amazon page.Since it's been over a year and we can't use this vacuum we've moved onto the more expensive brand since there is readily available stock.I do not recommend this product due to the lack of stock. If they can fix the supply issue for replacement parts then this vacuum would be more of a 3 out of 5 star since the battery degrades quickly.

Me gustó muchísimo, cumple su función, yo tengo un perro grande y recoge muy bien en pelo, la batería es adecuada para un departamento pequeño, la luz ayuda mucho y desde la potencia minima funciona muy bien. Fácil de limpiar. Excelente producto !!!

I love this unit! I am so happy with this product. It has more than enough suction and cleans up the smallest dust and cat hair as well as large particles. It's easy to use and has enough battery life for my whole house set on Auto without having to recharge and over 80% of our house is carpet. I love the freedom of not having a cord, and its light, nimble and easy to use even for someone like myself with weak joints and pain. The debris container is more than big enough and super easy to empty and snap back on. The light on the front comes on when I need it and is great for darker areas. I love the wall hanger as well as it neatly hangs on the wall charging out of the way but ready to use in a second. It arrived super fast and was well packaged. I did a ton of research before buying this vaccume and I'm beyond impressed with how amazing this vaccume is! Highly recommend!

Wenn mich jemand vor einigen Monaten gefragt hätte, ob ich einen Staubsauger empfehlen kann, dann wäre ich garantiert nicht auf Jashen gekommen...Wie es der Zufall so will, ist unser alter kabelgebundener und beutelloser Philips Staubsauger Anfang des Jahres kaputt gegangen, so dass ich mich notgedrungen mit dieser Materie auseinandersetzen musste.Ausgangslage:90qm Wohnfläche, 2 Perserkatzen, 1 Frau und meine Wenigkeit.Wünsche/Vorgaben:Akkubetrieben, ausreichend Laufzeit beim Akku,gründlich, halbwegs leicht und natürlich preislich attraktivDiverse Modelle von bekannten Herstellern kamen in die nähere Auswahl...und je mehr Mann(!) sich mit der Materie auseinander setzte, desto schwieriger wurde die Entscheidungsfindung.Wenn ich bereit gewesen wäre, 500-700 Euro für einen Staubsauger auszugeben, dann wäre ich vermutlich bei Dyson, Philips, oder Samsung gelandet.Meine Preisrange lag allerdings bei +/- 200.- Euro Mehr wollte ich für einen Staubsauger nicht ausgeben!Da wurde es dann schon wieder eng mit der Auswahl der Kandidaten...Und nach einigen YouTube Review Videos war klar:Der Jashen V18 soll es werden!Bei Amazon bestellt und nach 2 Tagen war er schon da.Ausgepackt und erster Eindruck:Eine Vielzahl von Aufsätzen sind dabei, die in Art und Form sehr an das Pendant aus England erinnern...Die rotierende Soft-Bürste welche auf Hartböden ihren Dienst verrichten soll, kommt zu 90% bei uns zum Einsatz und tut was sie soll.Die Haare der Katzen die büschelweise herumfliegen, werden ohne Probleme aufgenommen und das selbst auf der kleinsten Leistungsstufe. Katzenstreu welches aus dem Bad in die Wohnung getragen und überall verteilt wird, bereitet dem Jashen V18 ebenfalls keine Probleme.Meistens haben wir den Eco bzw. den Min. Modus aktiviert, weil dieser unseren Ansprüchen vollkommen genügt. Das einzig nervige ist, dass der Jashen beim Einschalten immer im Auto-Modus startet, über den Max-Modus gedrückt werden muss um zum Min Modus zu gelangen - es braucht also 3 Drücker auf die Knöpfe um auf den Min Modus zu gelangen (Einschalten (Auto) - Max Modus - Min Modus)Nicht schlimm aber auf Dauer nervig...Auf den Teppichen im Schlafzimmer kommt dann die Bürsten-Walze ins Spiel, welche mit einem einfachen Handgriff gegen die Soft-Walze getauscht wird und die Katzenhaare aufnimmt, die sich dort durch unsere Fell-Terroristen angesammelt haben- auch das funktioniert einwandfrei. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der, dass die Bürste danach intensiv von den Katzenhaaren befreit werden muss (gefühlt hat sich darin eine dritte Katze verfangen) - aber das machte unser alter Philips nicht besser. „Anti Tangle“-Prinzip findet man hier also nicht vor. Da gilt es klassisch die Bürste von Hand zu enthaaren.Bei den weiteren Steckaufsätzen kommen bei uns hauptsächlich die Fugendüse und die kleine Elektrobürste zum Einsatz.Fugendüse dürfte klar sein... Brotkrümel vom Tisch, sonstige Krümel aus den Ecken ect.Die kleine Elektrobürste ist bestens für Polstermöbel und (Bett-)Decken geeignet und entfernt auch dort alle Katzenhaare von den Oberflächen - aber auch hier ist danach eine intensive Reinigung der Bürste notwendig.Die Akkulaufzeit ist im Min-Modus für unsere Wohnung ausreichend. Im Auto Modus wurde es das eine oder andere mal etwas knapp, wenn die besagten Teppiche und das Areal um das Katzenklo herum mitgereinigt wurden.Der Sensor erkennt, dass mehr Schutz eingesaugt wird und erhöht automatisch die Saugleistung, welches sich natürlich auf die Aukkulaufzeit auswirkt.Der Max Modus hat zwar die beste Saugleistung - die Akkulaufzeit ist dann allerdings quasi nicht existent.In Anbetracht dessen wieviel der Staubsauger kostet und was er bisher leistet, sind wir mit dem Jashen V18 sehr zufrieden.Klar - besser geht immer... teurer natürlich auch!Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist der Jashen absolut ausreichend und ich bin selbst überrascht, dass Staubsaugen tatsächlich auch Spaß machen kann. Hoffen wir, dass die guten Eindrücke der ersten Wochen auch über die Zeit hinweg aufrechterhalten bleiben.Noch ein Wort zum Service bei Jashen:Ich bin äußerst positiv überrascht! Fragen im Zusammenhang mit einem Zusatz-Akku und dem austauschbaren Filter wurden innerhalb von 12 Stunden beantwortet und das in sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Weise.

Da tempo, mi frullava in testa l'idea di cambiare aspirapolvere, stanco principalmente del dover staccare la presa ogni volta che cambiavo stanza, da pulire. Cosi ho iniziato a cercare un prodotto adatto alle mie esigenze, ma che allo stesso tempo non avesse un prezzo esorbitante.La mia scelta è andata su questo Jashen V18, per vari motivi. Principalmente per la buona potenza del motore, per l'opzione automatica di pulizia e infine per le batterie che sono prodotte dalla samsung e ovviamente dal prezzo che non mi è sembrato in eccessivo.I tempi di consegna non sono brevissimi ma neanche tanto lunghi, io ho atteso una settimana. Il pacco è arrivato in condizioni perfette, con l'aspirapolvere e tutti gli accessori ad esso connessi. Esteticamente molto bello e le plastiche sono tutte di ottima fattura, il montaggio è stato semplicissimo , ho effettuato la prima carica della batteria di 3/4 ore e subito dopo l'ho messo all'opera.Ho usato quasi sempre la funzione automatica e la batteria è durata più o meno mezz'ora. Sono riuscito a pulite una casa di 70 mq2, senza particolari problemi. Sono rimasto molto contento dell'aspirazione, in particolar modo per quanto riguarda l'aspirazione dei peli degli animali domestici ( ho in casa 3 gatti) . Ho provato anche la spazzola specifica per i tappeti e rispetto al mio vecchio aspirapolvere ho notato una migliore aspirazione della polvere. Ottima anche la funzione delle luci led, utile per aspirare la polvere in quegli angoli dove vi è meno illuminazione e magari si da una semplice passata pensando di aver pulito bene. La rumorosità dell'aspirapolvere è al quanto sopportabile, specialmente quando è attiva la funzione minima, anzi rispetto a quello vecchio che avevo lo trovo meno rumoroso. In conclusione lo trovo un ottimo prodotto, adatto alle pulizie quotidiane . A questo aspirapolvere, rispetto ad altri , di marche anche più blasonate, non manca proprio niente. Anzi, lo trovo sinceramente più completo, specialmente per il prezzo a cui viene venduto.

Really great vacuum and so versatile. Can do the vacuuming in half the time and get to places without having to move furniture etc. Well built and sturdy yet light and manoeuvrable. Easy to use and change tools and hangs away on charge in the cupboard out of sight. For a cordless the suction power is great though may not be just as powerful as our corded Vax vacuum but have been pleasantly surprised by how well it lifts even cotton and hairs! Only small negative comment is length of running time with the battery provided-may need to invest in the 5 amp hour battery but it does recharge quickly-so have a coffee half way through the hoovering!
