Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% starts working just as fast as higher concentrations but with less irritation (Br. J. Dermatol. 170, 559 (2014)).

Can you leave it on during the day? Or layer with moisturizer and spf?

Yes you can leave it on during the day or night and later with sunscreen and/or moisturizer. Don’t layer with Beta Hydroxy Acid or it can be too irritating. Also don’t layer with Retinol or Retin-A.

is this good for the bottom of your feet m?

This should only be used for blemishes that have just started. It dries them up.

Can i use this for blackheads on my face?

The short answer is yes. Benzoyl Peroxide reduces sebum production which leads to blackheads and whiteheads. Retinoids however are the best treatment for blackheads
