Free-Standing Hot, Cold, and Room Temperature Water Cooler

works wonderfully, best unit I have ever bought. Quiet, barely know it is running, water is hot for my morning tea, and ice cold for everything else, the room temp water is great for the pets in my home. The fact that the water bottle is hidden underneath is nice as well as easy for me to change rather than having to wait for my husband to do it. the only issue was the coupons that came with the unit for bottles of water (which Walmart carries) were already expired 6 months ago.

This is my first Primo product and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the product. Water tastes great and set up was very simple. Very quiet and the sleek black looks great! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a replacement cooler or a first time cooler that doesn't require the hassle of lifting that pesky jug of water. 5 stars!

After price shopping, this was the most affordable for what we were looking for. The bottom loader was important because we have children in the home and don't want the top loading jug to get knocked over. In addition to the hot safety button feature, it also has an option to turn off the hot water on the back of the machine. I only turn it on when I need tea or coffee and I can be reassured the little ones can't access the hot water. It only take a few moments for the water to heat up too, which is a big plus. It also comes with another button on the back to turn off and on the cold water option, to save energy. I think it is a great feature for offices too, because at the end of the day they can both be switched off. The machine also has a night light on the back. I have been very please with this purchase, it has been something I have wanted to do for a while now and I am so glad I did.

Nice, but cold water is not that cold, called Primo, emailed no reponse.

Horrible service. The unit arrived promptly, but the pump did not work. It took many emails and time-wasting phone calls to be able to return it. I originally would have been happy with a replacement unit if the transaction been handled reasonably by UnbeatableSale, Inc. But after the delays, excuses, and finger-pointing between UnbeatableSale, Primo Water, and an unidentified manufacturer in China, I do not want to business with any of them. Terrible company, terrible service. I recommend NEVER dealing with either UnbeatableSale or Primo Water. UPDATE: UnbeatableSale, Inc. contacted me to remove this review. I asked if they would refund the $48 it cost me to return the defective cooler. They responded that they would credit me only $40 of the $48. How pathetic. If they were really interested in regaining my good will and trust, you would think they wouldn't try to chintz EIGHT DOLLARS! My review is accurate, and it stands.

Bought this water cooler for my parents. An upgrade from there top loading cooler. This bottom loader makes everything so much more efficient and easier to work. Now my mother can easily replace the bottles with little strain. Was worried at first with some reviews about how some had leak issues, loud noises and cold water not being cold enough. Well its safe to say that I had neither of these issues with the water cooler. Little to no noise. Slight hum, crisp cold water. With absolutely no leaks. The one thing that may bother some people is that when the water level is low the cooler leaves about a full glass full of water at the very bottom of the jug. This is not a bad thing.... Over all, I love this product and my folks are thankful for it.

I contacted the seller asking if a cup dispenser was available for purchase and they responded saying yes. I had to ask them to send me a link to purchase it because I couldn't find it for sale anywhere. Their response was again that they were available. I contacted them a 3rd time with no response. So as it is, we've had to just set the cups on top of the machine...no dispenser and bad customer service communication skills. Otherwise the machine works as expected.
