I received this today. this review is coming from someone who's never used a steamer before. I absolutely hate ironing and like another reviewer, bought new curtains and voiles and simply did not want to ✨deal ✨.I learned a lot during my first 45min-ish experience doing the large voile curtains. first of all, the steamer itself is super lightweight and SMALL. the water tank is like a small mugs worth, which in my case is wonderful because I had to move it and wave it up and down all the way to the ceiling 😂. my voiles are a set of 2, I did one fully and had to refill 3 times to finish, but I was also learning and as a result, slower. the 2nd one was done with 2 refills with half to spare. I also noticed how the 1st wasn't done as well as the 2nd, showing me just how much I improved using it during this short time. a small touch up later both were absolutely crease free.with this out of the way here is what I learned:it heats up super quick, like 30sec. it is like a mini kettle, constantly boiling and bubbling while the steam comes out the snout. it's also as quiet as a small kettle. no problem. it has an on/off switch and no trigger button, it just steams as soon as it's turned on & bubbling. tip: don't let it completely dry out. I didn't notice the water finished the 1st time and a slight burning smell started coming out from inside where the heating mechanism is. I don't think it has any type of auto shut off or burn prevention, so be diligent with your water levels. my 2nd and 3rd refills were great because I refilled as it was running out.it is for vertical steaming only and will leak boiling water if tipped forward, do not use this on flat clothing etc,hang everything up!! also, do not hold the material you are steaming right above the device (the steam rises and it is HOT) nor directly below it in case of boiling drops during accidental tips. I gently brushed the head over the creases of the voiles, and they quite literally disappeared. melted away before my eyes. I'm in awe. ngl it was so fun to use, I never thought I'd consider any type of ironing fun😂. I can totally see this being useful for way more than I initially planned. I absolutely love it, the voiles loved it and I highly recommend you get it asap. included pics of before & after.

I really would like to have been able to give 4.5 for this steamer, sadly that's not an option so I've gone for 4 to be on the safe side. First I'll start with the positives it warm the water up really quickly and I was ready to start steaming within roughly 60 seconds. It came in a lovely little carry bag which would be perfect for travelling and I will definitely be using it when I go on holiday as there's nothing worse than having crimpled clothes. I've never used the steamer before so I was a bit apprehensive but I'm 100-percent happy that I bought this version of a steamer. The only reason I dropped a star was because I do agree with a lot of the other people it could be very dangerous if it was in the wrong hands, you need to be really careful how you hold the steamer so you don't burn yourself so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for anyone that maybe struggles with use in their hands or definitely not children. But on the whole very very impressed and I don't regret purchasing at all x

Purchased this, because, I’m moving, and just could not be arsed to iron new curtains. Was drawn to the nice rose gold colour, just because it’s different. I have CTS (trapped nerve) issues and found it easy to use, and relieved the pressure, I usually experience when ironing. It’s so much quicker and easier to use this, if you’ve only a couple of items to do. Saves time and effort setting up the ironing board. The garments, or in my case curtains, can be ironed whilst hung up. It’s lightweight, and portable, so ideal for travelling. Even comes with its own handy little storage bag. Heats up quickly, and performs very well. Pictures show before and after efforts on my set of curtains. Although not yet tried, I think it would provide a very professional finish to shirts, in particular the sleeves, where I can never get the creases to match. Hubby will now have a crease free sleeve.

The first time I tried to use this, it did not work at all in decreasing the clothes.I tried again and it spurted hot water everywhere, narrowly missing my young children and dog but it did soak my brand new chair causing extensive water damage this ruining my chair so I have to cover it's hideous water marks now.I tried to turn it on for a third time to see what the issue was and it wouldn't even turn on.Avoid at all costs!I contacted the seller who basically said that I'm not being honest, hideous customer service.It apparently has an 18 month warranty which the seller is not honouring.I require a refund as this product is not only defective but it is outright dangerous and has caused expensive damage (see photos).Avoid at all costs, it's not worth a penny!!

Nice looking steamer, used same day it arrived, Easy to use, took 2 fills of water to steam a pair of voile curtains, it did take our some of the creases, disappointed that it took 3 or 4 attempts to complete. Haven't used it since, but it's there as a spare to the iron. Suppose it would be good for travelling as it is lightweight.

Wow just wow. I like many hate ironing with a passion, I never iron but this little gadget gets the creases out with no effort. I hang my t shirts up on a hanger and the steamer works it's magic, it was so effortless I did all my t shirts hanging in my wardrobe as I was enjoying it. As it's a travel one I did have to refill 3 times but it heats up within a minute so wasn't a problem. It has a long lead so don't have to be right near the plug socket. I highly recommend this, it will be great for holidays to.
