So far I'm very happy. I read other people's reviews before I purchased this product. Reviews were different, but decided to take a risk. So far I'm not disappointed. It's a learning process, therefore it's important to test your microwave on the product. Use warming instructions that come with the product and heat it up gradually multiple times if needed. As soon as it gets translucent, stir the product before putting back int he microwave.For the seller:- consider clear circles on the packaging for shipping purposes. When I opened my package, the box was opened and all the loose pieces were all over the place. Luckily no damage to the plastic container with the wax.- consider mentioning in your heating instructions removing a see through cover that is on top of wax after removing the lid. As the wax comes solid, I could not tell there was anything else to be removed and when I put the product in microwave first time, I put with that little cover. The reason I noticed it, because the wax was not melting fast enough and I touched it.

Sooo much better than Sally Hansen. I had been using their similar microwave wax for over 20 years. But this product is better in almost every way. Much lower Cost (like 3 times less), heats up in the microwave way faster, also a little more flexible when it hardens. If I had one tiny complaint it would be that it's a more runny consistency, so I have to make sure I'm leaning over the sink to catch any random drips. Not too many though.

I started waxing my own eyebrows about 6 years ago but I am by no means a professional. That said this is the best wax I've come across so far! It was fairly gentle on my skin and pulled all the hairs out. I had to do minimal tweezing after. Another review mentioned heating it using a hair dryer which is definitely the way to go. This stuff softens and hardens very easily. I did have a little trouble getting the right consistency at first but by the time I had moved to my second brow I had it figured out. It's also a really good value. At the time of purchase it was about $13 for an 8oz jar. It's a pretty good sized jar especially if you're like me and only do your facial hair. Definitely recommend!

Its a little messy hence the 1 star off but all in all I really liked the product. It was pretty painless and I do love not having to use strips even if I tend to use more because of that. I would have liked to see it come with the oil for after use and one large and one small stick instead of the two mediums size ones it came with. Overall though I can't complain too much. It did what it was supposed to and did it well while leaving my skin smooth, with no irritation, and almost no pain at all while do so. I will definitely buy again.

I ordered this wax for the first time to wax my eyebrow area. The first time I used it it caused irritation and redness which went away after a few days. I used it again two days ago, yesterday I again had redness and irritation, this morning I woke up to my eyes swollen shut and the entire area around my eyebrow bright red, swollen, and itching. I'm not sure what's in this wax that causes irritation like this. I have waxed my eyebrows at home for years and never had an issue. My regular brand was sold out and I decided to try this one. I do not have overly sensitive skin, but both times I've used this wax I've had a reaction. The first was mild but this last reaction was more severe and I won't be using this wax again.

Not great on short hairs but still works well over all on longer and thin hairs. Doesn't leave skin red after use.

Very good product to wax my face. Specially my nos and my mouth area. Just put inveje microwave for 3 min and it’s ready.
