Very poor quality and fan has not been there in packet.
The dress was without fan. Although they have charged for fan too. the cloth quality as well as stiching is very poor.

I ordered this costume for my daughter as she wanted to dress up for Halloween. This costume actually looks very nice and is very comfortable, except the price was too high for this product. Other than that , the product was great! I recommend.
