Works pretty well and stays in place while sleeping
Works pretty well and stays in place while sleeping. Greatly reduced the numbness in my hand in a couple days of sleeping with it.

Needs a little something extra
Made with quality material. Turns on arm occasionally unless you tighten it so tight that you defeat the purpose by losing circulation. Two ideas for improvement 1} Make the rigid piece an inch wider (charge more if you have to) so it doesn't ;move off of your elbow so easliy.2) Add a third strap between the upper and lower strap for more stability. I do realize that changes like this mean that you have to charge more but the purpose of this brace is to keep ones arm from bending more than 45 degrees or entirely at night, and these improvements would mean less hassle with the brace turning and sliding when you don't want that to happen.

I have cubital tunnel syndrome and my doctor recommended this brace
I have cubital tunnel syndrome and my doctor recommended this brace. It works, as I have much less pain, especially when I'm diligent about wearing it all the time! I can't say it cured me, it'll take a bunch more physical therapy, but it definitely made the condition more tolerable and put me on the road to recovery.

Good idea, absolutely horribly executed for functionality.
There's no information on the product page to assist with sizing. The long brace spans the entire length of my arm from armpit to wrist, and will not stay in position unless the bands are so tight they cut off circulation to your fingertips. There is a fair amount of rigidity in the support, but adjusting it to the angle specified by your treatment plan is very difficult, and ultimately useless because the device doesn't stay in position for that angle to work in the manner it was built.

Useless.
This is useless. Very uncomfortable doesn't help with pain at all. The only reason I didn't return it is the seller charges a 20% restocking fee.

Fits ok, but it moves around on your arm
Works well at holding your arm straight if you have an impinged ulnar nerve while you're sleeping or napping. But it tends to move up and down on your arm if you're not careful

I like it
I started having ulnar nerve pain and finger tingling from sitting at my desk and grinding my elbow on the arm rest. The occupational therapy doctor recommended I start night splinting but didn't give me any particular product to try other than taping a towel around my arm. I found this on Google and decided to give it a try. It comes straight and I wasn't quite sure how to bend it to a good position. When I started physical therapy I took it in and the therapist loved it -- he too had been recommending towel taping. We got it adjusted and it's been great. I've used it every night for about 5 weeks now. The nerve issues take a while to heal, so I figure I'll be using it for a good three months or so but at least I'm more-or-less comfortable sleeping with this device.
