It's a book, WDM3 or WDM4 cert level
The book is great. I passed the WDM4 test in Washington State. I also watched all of tge AWWA videos on YouTube for distribution levels 1-4. I previously read the 1-2 book, and passed the WDM3 with that. The test question in the chapter reviews are useless!!!If taking the 4, study well issues (a lot of well questions), operator math, chlorinator issues, and how RP backflows work. Good luck!!! Sorry I can't say more. 😉

Better than the California book.
Excellent book for obtaining your Distribution Water License. I like it way better than the California Book. It’s easier to understand and updated photos in book.
