I worked bedside for almost a decade and have had these cards maybe 5 or 6 years of that and these cards have been through h*ll! Went with me to codes! Came along for brief changes and vomit and hand sanitizer and whatever else i touched at the hospital. I also wiped these guys down after every shift for obvious reasons! These things have not faded, torn, fallen off, and even been remotely hard to read. Amazing product and great quality!

Product is great but not the packaging
Product is great!! Has helped me a lot at work. The only problem was the packing, once I received it the badge card fell out. The side of the packaging was torn, it easily slipped out. What would had happened if it had slipped out while being shipped out, I would’ve received an empty package. Maybe pack it in a box or something instead of just in a bubbled envelope.

Not as advertised
Card came with immunization ages instead of blood pressure/respiratory rate information. Not very useful to me
