Can I connect the water intake on this unit from the hot water supply from my house water heater? The house heater is very far from kitchen sink

Yes you can connect this unit to the hot water supply line from your existing hot water heater and have hot water delivered to your kitchen sink. This unit will reheat the hot/warm water to the desired temperature. This should ensure you have continued hot water.

1/2 hose that comes with it doesnt screw onto the hot water male prong. What is supposed to be used?

You can take out the gasket from the hose and replace it with the two thin gaskets we present so that you can easily screw it on

Will this work for an outdoor shower?

If you take a Navy shower, as in turn on water rinse, off while washing self, turn water on to rinse. Would need to be a short shower overall but it could work.

is there a protection plan offered?

Water and electricity are separated, so it is safe. There is an overheat protection device inside. When there is no water in the water heater, it will start and stop the water heater. After everything is perfect, it will continue to work.
