Love these!!

I have hair that tends to have a mind of its own and literally knot itself around anything it comes in contact with. Cleaning drains has always been a pain. An entire bottle of the highest strength Drano doesn't even make a dent usually. I didn't expect this product to work as well as it did since it was one of the cheaper options but I was so pleasantly surprised when I pulled the tool out of the tub and it had snagged TONS of hair. It goes deep into the drain and I love the little thorns that grab the hair. FYI though, I would wear gloves because the tool doesn't provide much grip and it's easy for you hand to slide down to the yucky end. ALSO, the tool is kind a flimsy, so if you don't handle it correctly, it could easily shake/wobble/flip and get gunk all over you. But I give 5 stars because all I care about is my drain is finally working and this tool did the trick in such a short amount of time, with little effort on my end. :)

Solid purchase. Immediately pulled gunk and things out of the drain. My drain stopper is immoveable, but this was able to get around it and do a good job. I only used one, and some teeth popped off while using it, but I kept using the same one until I was done. Definitely have a paper towel ready to clean off the plastic before inserting it again. It depends on how much stuff is coming out of the drain, but it gets dirty. I've added a hair stopper over my drain so I haven't had to use this again so far, but it was really easy and effective. That said, it can be a little hard to maneuver in the drain once it hits a bend in the pipe, but overall does what it is supposed to.

Works just as advertised to remove hair clogs from drains. Our bathroom remodel included a bathtub with a non removable tub stopper. The little teeth caught and brought up the clogs of hair. No chemicals were needed for our new pex pipes. (Yes, we are now using a drain cover as well.)

I had an annoying shower drain that just clogged easily. 4 girls in the house, its just gonna happen. I have tried drain-o and hate that it didnt solve the clog problem. I bought this on a whem to try it out and LET me just say! Im am super impressed! Easy to fit into shower drain, even between those annoying cross-shaped barrer after drain cap removal. I stuck the platic stick down in the drain with ease, followed direction, and then bam. Hair ball of a wookie on the plastic stick. Got a clean plasitc stick to make sure it got everything and it did! Turned the water on. Mind blown part. My drain works so good that its no more standing water or slow draining. Its also noticeably different on how fast it drains water now! This Product is worth it!! Do your feet, and kids, a fave from standing in that shower water and buy this!

Simple and Cheap Way to Unclog Drains—But Not Built to Last The Green Gobbler Hair Grabber Drain Snake is one of those inexpensive, quick-fix tools that can save you from a plumber call—at least for smaller, near-surface clogs. It’s very lightweight plastic, flexible enough to fit down most sink and shower drains, and the barbed design does pull up an impressive (and disgusting) amount of hair and debris. It definitely works, and for about nine dollars for a five-pack, that’s solid value. That said, the plastic barbs can snap off easily, especially if you twist or push too deep. They’re also not long enough for deeper clogs, so they’re really best suited for hair buildup right below the drain cap. I found they worked well in the bathroom sink and tub, but the barbs bent after a couple of uses, and one broke when I tried to reuse it. The material feels a bit flimsy compared to some metal or nylon-coated options on Amazon, which might last longer. On the plus side, it’s a quick, chemical-free solution—you just insert, pull, rinse (if you can stomach it), and toss. For shallow hair clogs, these are convenient to keep under the sink for emergencies, but they’re not a long-term tool. Bottom line: Effective for light, near-surface hair clogs and great in a pinch, but durability is limited—expect single or short-term use rather than a permanent fix.

While I'd love to show you a picture of how well this things works, I don't think anyone would want to see it. I started off innocently by unpacking one strip and cleaning out a particularly stubborn sink drain. Things went well and a decent amount of hair was retrieved from the drain. Great, this thing seems to work, time for the shower. I didn't know my shower drain cover could come off, so I started by snaking the strip through the drain cover until is stopped, wiggled it up and down and around as prescribed and began to slowly pull upward. I continued to pull and the drain cover popped out while I continued to snake out something the size and smell of a rabid ground hog. My shower was draining slowly and now I know why. While the size was shocking the smell was like "interesting". The sweet scent of shampoo and death was not something I was prepared for. Thankfully, I held it together and can confidently attest to the cleanliness of my shower drain. I would highly recommend this product. It does a great job for a super cheap price. I threw the first strip away after two uses. Not because it couldn't be used again, but because I didn't want to ever put that particular strip through that ordeal again. Wow, what an eye opener. Thanks for a great product that work as described.

I ordered a package of these to clean my shower drain, which had gotten very slow, with soap and water building up a quarter inch by the end of every shower. (It's a large shower too.) Having never cleaned out the drain in the 23 years we've used that shower, it was time. I hate cleaning gobs of icky hair and ick out of drains. I hate the idea of using drano too, so I thought I'd try this first. I inserted one of the little green guys down thru the shower drain grate and didn't feel much resistance, but rotated it a bit, hoping to grab what was there. I pulled it back up and, gag, it had a huge glob of hair, etc. on it, and pulled another glob after it, which broke off when coming back thru the drain. I managed to toss the whole item in the trash, then went back for the other glob with my hands, and threw it out also. Great smell, too. Rinsed all the black stuff out of the shower, ran LOTS of hot water down the drain, and it appears to be CLEANED OUT now. Disgusting to do, but easy, and very effective as far as I can tell. I cancelled my order for drain cleaner gel. Don't think I need it now. Wow, I'm impressed, but be prepared for a fairly unpleasant task. I'll use these again!! Just wear gloves and have your plastic lined bag ready to put the junk into.

Worked well. We have a small shower stall in the basement and the drain was clogging. It was not possible to life the cover as it was glued in. The green gobbler found the large hair ball and my spouse was able to cut it away in pieces to get it out of the holes.

I had used so many products to unblock my shower and nothing really worked long term, 2 or 3 days later I would have the same problem again. I used the Green Gobbler ONCE and problem fixed! It just grabs all the hair, and even it help me pushed some stones that were stuck in the pipe (stones!!!). My shower has been running perfectly ever since! Very, very satisfied with this product!

My bathroom sink has always been an issue since we purchased this house approximately 6 years ago. When it would drain very slowly, I would use a homemade method (plunger and butter knife) to clear it with some success. I received this product yesterday. My sink was draining okay (like it usually does) but I thought I would give this a try right away. It was so easy to use and I absolutely could not believe what came out of the drain (I will spare you a photo). The sink has never, ever drained so quickly. I am so glad I purchased this item. Worth every penny. I plan to use it quarterly now as a "preventative maintenance" so that no more clogs arise. Thank you!

Product was amazing it took out all the hair from drain was my last resort was pleased with it now i have no blockage saved me a plumber and glad you sell this because places like Bunnings dont will purchase again when need too.

It worked well and was easy to use. I was pretty grossed out by what was extracted from my shower drain.
