The product itself is good, but the pump was supposed to be 450GPH but only came with a 350GPH pump, when I sent emails to the seller I never got a reply..

The special matted surface? Neoprene Rubber. Neoprene Rubber is anti static + has no effect on gold. particles. Just Google "Is Neoprene Ruber anti static?"
