4Monster Quick Dry Microfiber Towel, Camping & Travel & Gym Towel with Case

I love how lightweight and convenient this 4Monster microfiber towel is! It dries quickly, takes up hardly any space, and comes with a handy case that makes it easy to toss into my gym bag, pool bag, suitcase, or backpack. The microfiber material is soft and absorbent, and I really appreciate not having to deal with a bulky towel when I’m traveling. Great quality and perfect for the gym, camping, travel, or any day you need a towel on the go!

I ordered the Neon Green towel, second-to-largest size. Im 6'2" tall and the towel covers from my chest to my ankles if I just lay it on top of me. With just the one towel it dries my whole body, my fins, my snorkel, and my life vest after snorkeling. I appreciate that it's a softer microfiber that doesn't catch on your skin like some microfiber does. It has a small loop on one corner that allows you to hang the towel from a branch or a skinny beam and it certainly dries the towel quickly with even the smallest breeze. I didn't really get any sand on the towel, but it seems like it would shake loose sand off pretty easily. I mostly used this as my dry towel after snorkeling in salt-water of the Atlantic. It's incredibly compact. Folds up into a soft-shelled case(non-waterproof, since it has slots in it to help drain excess moisture as you walk) that has a thin metal carabiner already attached so you can hang it from your pack as you trek to and from location. There is also a small vinyl strap on one side of the case to slide your fingers through if you wish to carry it in hand. Overall it's lightweight (even in the case) so it packs easy with the rest of your gear and it's machine washable when you get back home. I will definitely be buying another one of these for my other adventures in the future.

I purchased this travel towel for an upcoming missions trip, and I am very impressed with the quality. It's lightweight, compact, and takes up very little room in my luggage, which is exactly what I was looking for. The towel is surprisingly absorbent for how thin it is, and I love that it dries quickly between uses. The included carrying case and carabiner make it easy to pack, hang, and transport while traveling. This is a great option for missions trips, cruises, camping, gym bags, beach days, or any situation where space is limited. It seems well-made and durable, and I'm looking forward to putting it to good use. Highly recommend!

I purchased this towel for a cruise, where they charge if you lost or did not return the towels that you check out from them. This towels are very compact and light weight. I easily carried two of them in my backpack. Being as light weight as it is, the towel does not do well in windy conditions. You will need something to hold it down in the wind, such as clips bands or a weighted bag. I will be the first to admit that these towels do not absorb as good as the good old terry cloth ones. The do however, still do a great job drying. I like how easy it is to get sand out of these towels at the beach. A couple of shakes and it is sand free. Additionally, they dry relatively quickly, especially if sat out in the sun. The towels are pretty easy to fit back into their cases after use. I am able to put it back with only one try each time. As I mentioned, the towel dries quick, but it is still nice that the towel's case is vent, which mitigates having a wet, mildewy or stinky towel. So, when I bought this towel and I bought two of them, I basically traded a bit of absorbency for portability. This towel was perfect for what I needed it for. I needed an easy drying, portable towel that could dry me off pretty well. This more than fit the bill and I am very happy with my purchase.

My kids and husband loved these. They said they were great for travel and camping. I, however, think they are only "eh." They did the job, and I was dry, but I felt sticky. Almost like on a humid day where you know you are dry, but your skin still feels clammy. They also didn't glide over your body like a regular towel. You had to almost pat dry. But for the price and what they are used for, I would say they are good. Nothing is going to be perfect. I have longer hair, and the towels were able to dry my hair and whole body, so it holds a lot of water and then dry quickly after use. Which is what you want when camping. Washed well, and the colors were a nice way to seperate who's towel was whose.

Between my review and my photos I tried to cover as much details as possible. I bought the X-small towel thinking it was going to be close to facecloth size, I was wrong. It was about hand towel size which actually worked out better for what I was trying to down size for a future motorcycle trip. When package showed up the towel was inside the casing you store it in and normally nothing goes back in the packaging it comes in, well I was able to get it back in the casing 4 times and that's after the creases disappeared. I 1st tested this at home and use it to dry off after taking a shower - it was a little rough when I wiped so I patted down, worked great and dried in 10 mins ( 80 degrees in bathroom with 70% humidity outside and window was open ). I took this camping and normally when my family goes camping everyone brings a facecloth but this time my daughter also bought a full size bath towel to go swimming. My camping gear only had this towel in it and it was used to wipe my hands after washing them and wiping my face and sweat off of me for the whole trip - drying time for hands and face was about 5 mins, wiping sweat off it dried within mins . Note: after 3 uses it wasn't so rough like and was able to wipe my hands instead of patting them down but still had to pat my face. My daughter went swimming and used her towel from home to dry off with, but due to her hair she couldn't get her hair dry enough her towel was soaked. So, me and my daughter who used this to dry our hair after going and completely soaked our heads under a water station ( my hair is a little past my shoulders and hers is 1/2 way down her back ). We used this towel like you normally would drying your hair and this towel just kept taking the water. I was surprised on how dry our hair was and was impressed because I didn't have to ring it out. I noticed that the towel still had some of the black ash on it from when I used it on my hands and it didn't smear onto our hair so I decided to hand wash it in a sink. This towel cleaned up very nicely and was still really absorbent. I used the loop to hang it up to dry and it took a little longer due to the temp going down to 55 degrees, but when we woke in the morning the towel was completely dry unlike to towel she brought from home which was damp. I would like to add that our camp site was completely shaded and only had very little spots of direct sunlight when we hung the 2 towels up to dry after it was about 6pm (in Aug) when we hung these up. All-in-all I was very happy how this towel performed and the room I ended up saving in my backpack because even though this was bigger than a facecloth it still took up less than 1/2 the room than a facecloth would had taken up. Additional features I liked: On the casing there is a loop where I could add a clip to hang it off the outside of my back pack. The casing was flexible enough to turn it inside out for cleaning. Duel zippers - great for when one of them fails. When it is used you can see where it is still wet/damp and where it is not - this is a definite plus. I will be purchasing more but I might go 1 more sizing up to downsize the other 2 backpacks my family has for when bath towels are taken. UPDATE 2023: I am staying with family until I have a house built and to save room I bought the extra large towel which is more than sufficient and it works just as great as the extra small one that I bought in 2019 product was well package came with a case highly impressed with this product after so many years.

It worked very well and I'm pleased with it. I use it for when I go out of town and stay at group cabins (they provide nothing but a bed amd access to a bathroom). I try to back as light as possible. While you won't get the "being wrapped around" feeling you would get with a normal bath towel, this is able to completely dry me off and dry out very quickly for me to pack up and leave the next day.

My husband and I enjoy camping. So much it's pretty much exclusively the way we go on vacation. We typically visit the east coast in the Carolinas (this is important for the review, I promise lol). Whenever we camp we typically stay at a state park due to health reasons that involve needing to have an electrical hookup, and we tent camp, so we have to use the bathroom facilities on site. Plus the state parks in the Carolinas are lovely, but that's besides the point. I'm not sure about you guys but if you've ever camped in South Carolina in the middle of fall it's about as hot and humid as a construction worker's armpit in the middle of summer. It's sticky. Needless to say, I was tired of our beach and bathing towels never drying out and just being heavy and awkward and taking up too much room when we pack and being a general P.I.T.A whenever we have to go shower (we also have 2 golden retrievers that go everywhere with us... They're sponges. They love water. We camp on the coast. I think you can see where I'm going with this). I decided enough was enough and I was going to look at some alternatives to regular terry cloth towels. After some reviewing, I found these towels. I convinced my skeptical husband to pick out a color- Navy- and I got the orange. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. I laundered them before we used them and I was a little concerned they were going to be difficult to fold back up properly to fit back into the case- I was worried for nothing. Just pay attention when you unfold them for the first time and you'll see how the manufacturer folded them and it's very easy to replicate. They fit back in their cases just fine. You basically fold it in half like a hamburger and then fold it in half like a hotdog until it's the width of the case, then fold it like a half hamburger until it's small enough to fit in the case. Easier than folding a map, but if you're worried practice it with the towel a couple times before you wash it so the creases in the fabric can guide you. Now to the meat of the review. The Towels I love the material they're made of. It's soft in both texture and hand feel, and it's a quality & sturdy material that's still very lightweight. It's incredibly absorbant and dries very quickly, even in the humidity of the southern US east coast. They don't smell funky or mildewy even after a couple days of use. The strap on the corner is an incredibly thoughtful design and is great for hanging the towels up in the bathroom or in the tent to dry. The colors did not bleed on the first wash, even washing the orange and navy together, and appear to be holding well. The overlock stitching on the edges is made with a soft thread that isn't rough in the slightest and does not scratch- I'm a hobbyist seamstress and I'm impressed by the quality and evenness of the stitching. I feel though, at the end of the day, if anything wears out, it will be the stitching, but I don't believe it's a quality issue with the materials. Just regular wear over time. I have short hair, as does my husband, so unfortunately I can't weigh in on how well the towels handle drying long hair. It does great with short hair, though I do have to say it's weird the first couple times drying your hair with fabric that isn't terry cloth. It still works great, just very interesting sensory-wise. The Case The case gets it's own part of the review because I like it so much and it multiplies the convenience of the towels tenfold. Firstly, I love the design and it tickles the magpie part of my brain that the accent colors match the towel. Is it functional outside of color matching? No. Does it give my brain serotonin? Yes. Yes it does. I also love the laser cut outs in the case. It lets the towel breathe after it's folded up on the off chance there's still moisture in the fabric so it doesn't mold. If you have Trypophobia you may want to avoid it though. I love the little clip that's on the case- that's just plain handy and seems sturdy. The zipper is quite nice too- it hasn't snagged the fabric of the towel yet. It's a well made case with a rubberized outside and a soft fabric lining and a rubberized zipper. I suspect the first thing to wear out would be the zipper, but I imagine it would take a *lot* of wear to achieve that or unusual use or an accident. Overall I would highly recommend this towel. My husband was so impressed that he asked if we could get 2 of the largest size towels for the dogs. If you knew my husband that speaks volumes of itself- he's very critically minded and values function above form. Regular towels are bulky and take up too much space. These are convenient, pack down to practically nothing, are lightweight, absorbant, and dry quickly. They do exactly as advertised. Once I get the towels for the dogs (they're our children and are absolutely spoiled haha) I'll write another review to let folks know how they hold up to two very active golden retrievers with a preference for retrieving mud and dirt and all other delightful gifts from nature. If you're on the fence I would definitely go for it!
