How come these bars have Cholesterol when most of the health food we eat does not?

Hello Honest Reviews - The cholesterol comes from the Whey Protein Concentrate. Essentially it is the cholesterol found in milk.If your comparison is with other protein bars like ritebite (when you say health foods) it is because their primary protein source is soy chunks. And of course you will find dozens of other stuff in the health food aisle that scream no fat, no cholesterol. But you will usually find them loaded with refined sugar to compensate for taste. Now this brings us to the question, should i be concerned about the cholesterol content in my food? Recently the US FDA also eased its food cholesterol consumption limits citing dietary cholesterol does not affect blood cholesterol levels. You can google it out for detailed reading. And you can absolutely dig those egg yolks without worry. And to give you a comparison, egg yolk has about 150-200mg of cholesterol vs 20mg in our bars.However we have realized the cholesterol in the label is a cause of concern for potential customers and we do not get an opportunity to talk to individual customers just like in this chat to clarify on their concerns. So we have already identified alternate protein sources with zero cholesterol profile. We would be coming out very soon with a modified recipe. Do watch out for it.ThanksArun

The 20g variants are not sugar free. They are sweetened with a mix of corn syrup and maltitol. You can check the calorie table for exact figures.

Why don't you come up with a new flavour for 20g protein bars?

Tasty source of protein

Worried about Worms

This has to be the best flavor that HYP makes however that one review about the worm haunts me. Every time I take a bite I am compelled to stare at the bar. All in all love the flavor, feels like a real treat but wonder if the company has responded about the worm and done some quality assurance testing as this would put my mind at ease.
