I have had several of these machines over the years and would recommend them to anyone. I currently live in a city centre and feel that by not only removing the smells from my cooking in my small apartment it also offers a fresh air environment for me to sit, rest and sleep in, removing any possible traffic pollutants. If you cook a lot of curries or stir fry's or just food that leaves a lingering smell in general I would highly recommend one of these to clear the odours. It seems to not cost a lot electricity wise. I leave mine on over night and as I wear ear defenders I don't notice the humming noise the motor makes, and so when I awake in the morning its to a fresh air room. The lights on the system are pretty cool too. Great conversation opener to all new visitors to my abode!

Ive had alot of these, thisone is perfect, i add my own oils though the bamboo one they sent is gorgeous . It cleans the air and gets rid of cooking smells which is my pet peeve. Only slight issue is its a little noisey, so have to turn the tv up louder.Overall great buy and i will be buying another 4 for various rooms.The best one ive tried by far.Also the bowl is plastic and perfect for my wife who has MS and drops things regularly.We had glass ones and as you can imagine she smashed a few

The main reason I bought this product is I am a smoker and live in a smallish open plan apartment. Turned on today for the first time and within minutes it cleared the air of all tobacco smell !!!! I wish I had bought this type of product years ago, being a smoker I constantly clean and have my windows open as I like fresh smells but dislike air fresheners scent/perfume smell. You name it I have tried all types of things such as plug ins which just cover up smells with harsh perfume scents which I hate, even the so called fresh linen types dont work. So if you are a smoker I totally recommend this product. Brilliant.

It is a great present , ideal and value for money

Does what it says - however I assumed the lights could be turned off, and/or set to one fixed colour. As it is, the colours keep changing and you clearly can't use at night unless you don't mind the light show. Also it's relatively noisy (about the same as a fan). Will have to see if the LEDs can be removed or disabled as I have no need of them.

I had one of these years ago and it was bigger and glass globe..this is plastic n smaller o put 3 drops in of the 4 not 3 scents. So wasn't too sure but withina few minutes I found the air smelled fresher..and when my hubby came home from work he found this too. Might use 5 drops next time but don't want the smell overpowering. Very impressed tbh. I wouldn't say loud as some reports it's maybe like a fish tank which can be quite soothing. Would buy again if it lasts..early days yet but can return after a few months of using. There are more expensive ones but I'm happy with my purchase..n my house usually stinks of two dogs.. Which is why I bought it. Works better than I thought on day one.

I paid for this item with an ioniser as well as the no need leds. But got one without ioniser. Is this how they make their money selling a unit below what is stated. I dont even think any of the models have ionisers fitted. Just a con advert. Amazon needs to look into this . Apart from this it works ok. You get a good smell and the air is moved quit well.ni wont be buying again from these people.

The lights rotating was a bonus, the swirl works well to help neutralise odours, especially with the scents provided. Cleaning is easy as the lid just pops off. There is a slight whir as the stirrer constantly swirls the water around. Recommended as you can see the water colour change after a prolonged period of use.
