Is this scented at all?

It has a strong baby powder smell, anybody say it is hot scented need to have their nose checked!

Can we apply inside baby’s nose to help ease the nose bleeding?

I don’t think applying anything inside the nose would ease nosebleed. You can apply between the nose and mouth to help moist it. Otherwise hold the nostril when baby is having nosebleed. Don’t let him or her look up during the process. Seek medical attention if the nosebleed gets to be excessive. You can also have a humidifier to help keep room moist. Hope this helps.

What's the difference between this baby version and regular Vaseline?

Baby has a scent added to it. Otherwise it's all the same.
