Arch Support, RooRuns 3/4 Orthotic Shoe Inserts for Over-Pronation, Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Pain Relief, High Arch Support Insoles for Men and Women for Running Walking

I bought these to help with spurs in my heels. So, I put them in my cross trainer shoes mostly for an eight hour day at work, sometimes, gym. Surprisingly, I can attest they work. I have no pain walking, and it does not move within the shoe. I love the functionality, ease of use and fit, and pain relief it provides. I would recommend and purchase again.

The inserts worked quite well for mitigating shin splints, but only lasted 3 months before breaking down.I play ultimate frisbee, and the intense sprints with sharp cutting angles was causing a lot of pain, especially as my orthotics from a running clinic wore out. I decided to give these a try and they worked quite well, but the outsides of either insole have sort of mushed away and are now quite uncomfortable to run in after a mere 3 months! I do have a narrow foot, but I still found they fit quite well initially, and were easy to slot into place if they scooted forward in my cleats.I’ll be buying more of these, given how well they work - maybe I just have unrealistic expectations for how long insoles should last for athletics!If you’re just using them for daily wear or doing running conditioning, I expect the lifespan would be much longer. They provide perfectly adequate arch support for shin splints without too much bulk, and are decently affordable.

These orthotics made a huge difference to my daily walk. The arch support is very noticeable and comfortable! These are great! Arrived quickly, easily inserted in my shoes and immediate comfort and support!

I have big feet, use size 13-E shoes. I have used the Dr. Scholls 440 inserts with good success, but was hoping these lower cost ones would work equally well. But, not for my shoes.They are a little too narrow and move around in the shoe too much. The Dr. Scholls ones stay in place better. these Roo-runs seem well designed and do provide excellent cushioning, they just don't fit as well. If they made and 'extra wide' model that snugged down into the shoe better, I'd want to try them again!

There are so many shoe insert products that it took a while for me to settle on one. Prices ranged from $10 to $75. I liked that the RooRuns were attractive as well as well constructed. They fit well into my shoes and changed the way I walked. I have over-pronation and have been walking on the side of my right foot as my ankle is somewhat twisted and my foot is not flat in my shoes. The Roo Runs changed that. For the first time in 9 years, I was able to walk comfortably and did not overcompensate on my left foot. It was comfortable even on the first try. I plan to buy another set so I do not have to keep switching them between my shoes. Under $30, too!

These are super easy to insert into any of my shoes. They seem pretty durable and held up through my entire summer of wear. They are very firm so if you’re looking for flexibility or cushion they probably aren’t right but they are great if you need strong support.

I thought the product provided good support in general. However, due to my foot problems, they were not a good fit and so cannot wear them.

They work Well, to support my arches.Stop foot pain…The price was good.

I've had flat feet all my life and as I've gotten older it's starting to wear on my ageing body (lol). I started developing achilles tendinitis and sciatica in my right foot/leg. During the pandemic I became a power walker 5 days a week so it was annoying and painful. The compression sock helped but I don't think it should be worn all day. I started thinking about insoles (but refuse to pay the high price for orthotics) and tried a few, even Dr. Scholls products. I saw this product and thought I'd give it a try. This is the best product that has relieved my problems immediately! I loved it so much I bought another one. The high arch support really helps my flat foot so I don't over pronate and the padding on the insole helps balances things and makes it comfortable. I try to wear it in my slides but it tends to move. I wish they had this kind of insole for slippers!!! I highly recommend this product for flat feet. However, understand that every person's body reacts differently to products. I'm just sharing my own experience and hope that it will work as well for my fellow flat footers out there! Doesn't hurt to try!

Great and so comfy..I've had about 4 sets now as I have different ones for different uses - don't want the ones used at football in my shoes when I go out (phew!)So comfy and have cured an issue of instep pain when walking or undertaking sport for a long time.Also make my probs about 1/4-1/2 inch taller. #bonus
