Incredible Value
Allot of bang for the buck. It is sturdy and comfortable. The height adjustment is perfect, enough up or down to fit about any size player.is this pro-level equipment? Of course not. But at this price point, I was pleasantly surprised!

Great for kids-but be careful handling parts
I am 5’ 7” and 18 inch seats are just too tall for me. I Purchased this one simply because it was the only one I could find that had lower seat height adjustments. I have it set at 16 inches and it is perfect. The seat has a tiny bit of a wobble, but not distracting, hopefully it will hold up for a while. The foam in the seat is questionable, but if it goes flat, I can always shorten the store and add a thin pillow. Fairly reasonable for the price.UPDATE: I forgot to add that I cut my finger when removing the wrapping from around the stand. Fortunately not bad, but it could have been much worse. Use caution when handling! The slot corner at the top of the stand is honed to needle sharp (indicated by red arrow in photo), and the side of the slot is beveled also to razor sharp (area indicated by green arrow). I'm really surprised by this and that there was no warning.

Great value replacement
Nice priced, and sturdy replacement for a broken throne.

Not really for adults
This is exactly what I paid for. An inexpensive throne. It's a bit short for me at my kit and although I weigh 200 lbs (the max listed is 250 lbs) I found the upright support bending at the lowest adjustment hole. I believe someone my size (6', 200lbs) needs a more sturdy and likely more expensive throne. This would be an excellent throne for a smaller guy or a kids starter.

Feeble
I don't know if it was just the one I bought or the product in general, but this was anything but sturdy. It was very light and cheap looking. The main problem was the wing nut that holds the seat on the post would never stay tight. When you would stand up after a session, the seat would come off at times. Plus it was wobbly all the time. Now I wasn't expecting perfection at this price, but I found a replacement for 20 bucks more that has a seat padded over an inch thicker and a base that weighs a lot more. And, more importantly, a seat that stays tight.

Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage
I don’t play drums much but when I do I sit on a wooden box with a cushion to sit on. 10X more comfortable then this piece of crap. Maybe ok for kids, I’m 5’7 and 165 lbs. I can’t even imagine anyone bigger then me able to tolerate sitting on this thing. Cushion is rock hard and the seat wobbles no matter how much you tighten it. Unless you plan for only a 5 minute drum session spend a little more and get something much better. Going back to my wooden box with a cushion.
