These are are amazing. The best form of iron easily absorbed. Not stomach upset or stool issues. The grap is a true candy grap flavor - like a grape crush or comparable. The Cherry flavor is also amazing and has just the right amount of tartness. They are slightly bigger than a Starburst. These are a nice chewy not hard. I’ve recommended to a few different friend who were extremely anemic due to continued blood loss and it helped bring her hemoglobin back up to normal range. Great for those who have iron deficiency anemia.

I love a convenient way to get extra iron. I tried the grape and cherry flavors. In my opinion the grape is much better because the cherry taste like cold medicine. If you live in a warm climate, be careful these will sort of melt.

Ive struggled with severe anemia for pretty much my entire life and I really struggle with taking pills. I found these and for the first time ever my iron was in the normal range! Im getting another blood test done soon and we will see if its still remaining in good levels but so far I highly recommend these. They taste good and help raise your iron levels!

I was severely anemic and I can’t take traditional pills. Also, I’m 52 and still having regular menstrual cycles. It’s recommended I eat 18mg of iron a day. This was a last ditch effort, and for the first time in a few years, my iron and saturation levels increased! It had been a downhill path before trying this. My iron is in the normal range (the low side but I’ll take it). My ferritin went from unmeasurable to almost to the normal range. I’ve been taking 2 chews a day- 90mg total. My doctor has said to keep it up. The chews do not upset my stomach or cause constipation. I fast 2 hours before and after taking them since other medication prevents taking them in the morning. I find I need to eat my first post-fast meal slowly which is lunch for me. Extra bonus: I have more energy that I didn’t know I was missing and am running better. My physician and I will be following my iron, ferritin and other related levels for the next year. I’m excited that something is now working since eating 150% of my recommended iron was not working. I’ve tried so many iron pills as my test results come back low on iron all the time , but have never liked any- would leave a taste that would make me feel nauseous and at times constipated . I decided to try the grape flavor one and the flavor is so good , chewable and no problems in the restroom .
