Jerusalem Artichoke Coffee Substitute Health Embassy

First impression is this is a nice refreshing drink, although the taste is dominated by Clove. I made this in a cafetiere, left it for 5 minutes before decanting. One of the more expensive coffee replacements.

Bought first time and was good a mid brown colour like the descriptive photos but the second looks and tastes burnt, a very dark brown and very bitter. Clearly over roasted. So inconsistent. I’m not using it. Appreciate it’s a small company and always support small businesses but the quality control needs to be better.

Product is available for much less money. We also found out it is NOT RETURNABLE
