This is a nice nail clipper. Sturdy and strong, with sharp blades. The file that can fold out is pretty good. The pointed tip of the file looks like it would be useful for tidying up the edges of my nails, but I ended up ripping a hole in my finger, which got infected. It's not the nail clippers fault I got a whitlow (staph. infection NOT herpetic!!!) , but since then I have treated it with a little respect. It's also really useful for trimming back finger plasters. You know when you wrap a finger tip with a plaster and you sometimes get flappy bits where the plaster sticks to itself? The nail clipper will trim those bits off really neatly. I found this out while treating the whitlow. Leave your cuticles alone, stick to trimming your nails, and you'll be fine.

String for cutting toes nails a really good product due to being a nail tech. The only thing I would say is they went rusty pretty quick

Description and photo gives the impression that this is a heavy duty clipper that can cope with difficult nails. The gap between the blades is quite small and the clipper itself is large. I estimate the cutter gap to be 1.5mm and the overall length to be 78mm. So it's just an average clipper. If you struggle to find a clipper big enough, this one is not for you. The cutting edges themselves were very sharp and effective and the file had crosscut marks and worked very well. I would look for a larger clipper.

Did the job

It's a good quality, heavy-duty item. The one thing that lets it down slightly for me is that it could do with a slightly wider gap for thicker nails. Otherwise I would have given it five stars, but besides that it is really solidly built.

This will remain my favourite nail clipper, cheap and strong and long-lasting. While I keep losing and replacing, each replacement does not loose it's strength after a year or two, so it keeps me happy to keep coming back.

Just received this nail clipper and it’s rusty already before even opening it. I tried to return it but it’s not eligible. That is not fair. Why would I pay for an item and can’t return it if it’s defective.

fell apart after a week

Very big nail clipper - good size for toes - but not sharp...- shatters nails.

The picture is misleading. This is a very low quality product, nothing like that in the picture. No idea how they got so many positive reviews.
