Very cute! Purchased for a 4 year old. Proportions are good, a bit tight under the chin and rough fabric inside, so wear clothes underneath. Velcro closure along tummy. It seems like it could last multiple children or years. Nice fur feeling on the outside if that's important to the wearer.

This costume is adorable! My daughter really wants to be my moms dog for Halloween. She has a golden retriever and this was the cutest golden option I found. My daughter loves it. The little tongue sticking out is really cute too. She put it on immediately and wore it for a couple hours. The inside is itchy, so you will need to make sure you have a layer of clothes on. I wish it was a zipper closure, its velcro, but its okay. The 4-6 just fits and she normally wears a 5T. We live in New England, so Halloween tends to get really cold sometimes, so this will keep her nice and warm.

I got this for my nephew for Christmas because he loves pretending he is Balto (yeah I know, wrong dog but it was all I could find on time) but the size was perfect and it seems like it'll last him for a good while. The zipper was totally great too. The quality is mostly okay but he did seem itchy and overheats when he gets hyper buy he's happy to look like a dog!

Sure, we bought it for Halloween. But when you're six years old, it's fun to be a puppy other days, too. This costume has gotten a ton of wear, and been washed quite a bit. We hang it up to dry, and it still looks great. My kid was between sizes, so I ordered up. It's baggy, but the elastic at the wrists and ankles keeps it from getting in the way. This way he can keep being a puppy until next Halloween if he wants. I wish it had a zipper instead of velcro, but we're overall very happy with it.

This is probably the highest quality costume I've ever purchased. I bought one for my 5 yr old daughter, and an adult sized version for myself so we can be a dog pack on Halloween. PROS: *Thick and plush material; the dog head is just like a big stuffed animal's head. Depending on where you live, it'll be nice and toasty in cold weather, but too hot for hotter climates. *Great quality - the sleeves and legs come with elastic to keep the costume in place. Zipper is a nice quality as well (adult version), and the kid's version comes with velcro. *Great visibility - limited visibility masks are dangerous. Exposing the entire face like this costume allows is the best for a safe trick or treating adventure. *Cool dog tail - there's a really cool dog tail sewn onto the back. CONS: *Sizing runs small, but not a big deal the the kid's costumes. Just buy a size bigger because the elastic sleeves and legs will help this to fit anyone if it's bigger. I bought the size 8-10 for my 5 yr old daughter (she's big for her age) and it fits just fine. The adult costume will be small for taller folks. I'm 6'3" and this costume gives me an incredible wedgie. I have to pull up the legs halfway up my calves to alleviate this problem. I would say that if you're 5'11 and shorter it would fit. Also, there's plenty of room for the dads with big ole beer guts (of course, that's not me!) *I bet someone will pull on my cool dog tail.

This is a super cute costume for kids, it fits great and is made from nice thick material. It is on the warm-side, my kiddo definitely got hot walking around in it. Its really well made and should last for years.

My son was very uncomfortable while wearing this, it is cute looking, but the inside materials is just too irritating to the skin and my son doesn’t have sensitive skin!

Not only is this a costume for Halloween- but a dress up/everyday thing. My son is obsessed with dogs. He wore this every day! The inside of the costume isn’t super soft, it’s actually a little scratchy. But that didn’t stop him from wearing it. I might have to buy a bigger size when he grows out of it because he loves it so much!

Costume is fun. Dog head big, but 7 yo enjoyed it. Medium size is correct fit for 7.25 year. Good loose fit, soft, adorable. Recommended to our friends.
