Love this stuff. Yes it gets very hot, it's a heat balm. Alternative to heat patches. Nice light smell. I have very rash/alregy prone skin. Did not have any allergic reactions at all. It's supposed to heat up a lot. Great for my back, have a stubborn muscle injury. It distracts from the pain. Wash your hands and don't use after shower. Use it as directed. If you get residue into your eyes it stings like a hot pepper!!

I loved this , used for torn rotar cuff. Use sparingly, the more you massage the heat builds up. Beatiful fragrance, aided my sleep.

I like the scent and it does provide some relief from pain. Would advise against using after a shower as stipulated on the product, it gets very hot!

I got this instead of buying the forever living aloe heating cream as it was cheaper and I thought why not try it! It's brilliant, has a really deep and long lasting heat (work best when put on under clothing) I have put this on before bed and still felt the heat from it hours later! There's no harsh scent like with other heating creams that you can smell a mile a way It's quite nice and delicate. Well worth the money and ive purchased several tubes for myself and family.

I know other posts are complaining about it burning. It doesn’t burn if you use a sensible amount and you have to use after a shower or bath. This is my go to moisturiser after I’ve had a hard day as it really does warm the muscles to soothes aches and pains. I have sciatica after a bad horse fall injury and this is just perfect for me. I think if you use a little and let your body get used to it, it will do the job.

Really good, helps alot with back pain

I bought this as I had a sore arm & shoulder and did not want to keep using medicated gels. The scent is lovely and it’s not too thick just right and smooths into the skin without leaving it sticky. It warms the skin without burning and has been a godsend. The sheerness of the cream is luxurious and I have used it on my arm, legs and even when I’ve suffered with cramp! I’ve recommended it to many of friends a good find and not too pricey.

The best thing Iv ever had for the relief of sore legs and back pain. Tingle and warm burning sensation. Highly recommended.
