No more sore nipples [. .]
Started getting sore nipples from my TRT. Didn't want to start with the "full-on estrogen" blocker. Figure I would give these a try before I went with a prescription. Worked like magic from DAY 1. Energy feels more stable in the middle of the afternoon and overall mood seems steady throughout long busy work days. Sleep came easier after sticking with it for two weeks straight. Noticeable change in how recovery feels after heavy workouts or physical labor. One unexpected outcome was urine turning a bright orange shade which was surprising at first but caused no actual discomfort. Capules are straightforward to swallow and do not leave any weird aftertaste. Took a few days to get into the habit of remembering it every single morning without fail. No bad side effects or stomch issues happened so far. My body seems to respond well to it over time. Overall the routine feels solid and manageable for my daily schedule without any hassle.

CAUTION!
It does help with estrogen metabolism and increases libido abit (for men) but thread carefully : - the dose is abit high , it should be maximum 150-200mg per capsule especially for first time tryers. - IMPORTANT : never take one and stop , the withdrawal effects will Tank your libido and mess with your hormones , to cycle it properly try : 5 days on , 2 days off for a month then gradually decrease the intake to 1 evey 2-3 days for 1 week, then 1 every 4 days for the next week till youre off of it . Make sure to take a multivitamin 30 mins before it so you can help your body’s detox pathaways . That will ensure the body doesnt reuse the unexcreted estrogen
