Is your logo on the lens (picture 3) or is it clear (picture 4)?

Our logo is on the outer pouch. No logo on the lens. There's a ruler printed on the lens

how can i get the green cases?

I don't know. i like the red one better though!

The product description says both 3x and 4x; which is it?

It depends on the distance that you you use to see the item you want to magnify. So buy some and see. In my case I'd say that 4x is probably the highest you can get. Good luck!

Where are these made?

They are made of plastic. They do work, however.
