I am very lucky to have 20/20 distant vision. I also like to read and do various kinds of close work, and my close vision is not very good. These readers are great for me.I just wear them around and look over the tops at things beyond arm's length. They look rather delicate, but they are in fact quite sturdy. You don't need to wear them when you play basketball, right? Be careful because you might do just that. They are so light and comfortable that I find myself wearing them to do yard work and other stuff where I don't need them.I have been wearing them for a few months, and they have not gotten scratched up or bent. I plan to buy a few more pairs and leave them here and there. They're inexpensive enough that a person can do that.I really don't know how I got along without these very nice glasses. I got good prompt service when I bought them and will be happy to go back to the same source again.If you are getting tired of taking your readers on and off all the time, forgetting where you left them, and otherwise having them mess up your perfectly decent life, buy these readers. They are the best.

I ordered these readers for my husband who just had cataract surgery. It would be a month before his final eye exam and was still trying to wear his original glasses for the magnification. He was very resistant to getting but I got them anyway. After I presented him with the glasses he couldn’t stop raving about them. They were just what he wanted (unbeknownst to him) LOL. Needless to say he is very satisfied with the readers.

Optix 55 brand in my opinion are great. I have ordered them 2 times. After Cataract surgery, glasses were only needed for reading...I can wear these, read, look up at TV, look out the window, or talk to others. I would buy again.I have a pair in every location, that I might need to use.. Also the price is right. Certainly would not be able to afford 4 pair of script glasses

Because my distance vision is fine, these readers are perfect! I can look ahead (like at people across the table) or out in the distance, and still be able to see close-up (phone, printed materials) without constantly playing glasses-on, glasses-off.

I bought 2 and will buy 2 more. Great quality at a reasonable price. Look down to read. Look up for distance. You won't know you are wearing them. I highly recommend this product.
