I am fitness freak hence was looking for a professional skipping rope and I found this on Amazon. It is a high quality jump rope with grippy, anti slip handles and ball bearing based design for smooth rotation. It is a 2.5mm thick rope and a set of weights in handle that helps me tone my forearms and biceps in addition to an effective cardio workout. It is optimized for speed jumping. It came in a handy nylon bag for convenient storage. Worth the money spent.

The rope is not for beginners.. the quality of handle bar is good. But the rope is very thin and it tangles a lot. Not a good buy for such a high price.Can buy local ropes with more thickness.

Dear friends I am very happy to write this review after some days of usage of skipping rope.this rope is made from very high quality material, very strong as well as very smooth.its also very stylish.its really made for the professional .you will definitely not disappoint after the purchase. actually I am addicted day by day by using the rope . only of skipping I loose 4 kg weight also within a week.

I believe 80 per cost i paid for a lovely handle and grip and the rope well it's so light you need a lot more effort to rotate your wrist coz it doesn't push the rotation ball much. Rope shud hav been heavier and it remains crooked all the time.

This is a message to burnlab : please make ropes for fitness , I've hurting myself since I got this.Rope quality is too bad and please I don't know what to say .. I'm disappointed and wasted 1k

The strings are not good, it breaks after a very short period of time.
