Works exactly how advertised. Excellent suction. We ordered additional hose pack (4 hoses in pack) so the vacuum could reach the shallow end. 5-star product!

Poor product and poor service
Let me start by saying that I like the vacuum from this company. The original hose lasted about a year which was disappointing but I ordered a replacement one anyway. Sadly, the replacement was not nearly as long as the original, which was boot clear in the description and did not connect to the original pool adaptor that can with the vaccuum so now I have a hose that reaches half of my pool and doesn’t stay connected to the intake. Basically worthless! I contacted the company explained what I needed and asked for more parts. There response was not helpful and did not fix my problem. I Do not recommend!
