It can be applied to the eyelid as long as it doesn't get IN your eye. A little dot goes a long way with this product.

Can this be used as an inner eye corner highlight?

This is more appropriate for under the eye corners but not the inner eye lid.

Is this really organic? Or does it just have enough organic ingredients in it to call it organic? Big difference.

I’m not sure about that one. I do know it safe to wear all around your eyes underneath and on top I wear it all over my face

What shade is better for darker skin tones

I'd probably go with the darker shade. My skin coloring is light with blue undertones.
