Can this be used on a Thetford plastic toilet cassette

If the plastic toilet cassette can withstand very hot water, then I would say yes.

Can this be used in the toilet cistern?

I have only used in the toilet pan itself with some hot water. I does work ok, if heavy stains you may need to repeat. I don't believe that it is made for use in the cistern as it cleans at source rather than via flush.

Is this product safe to use with a septic tank?

How small is your tank compared with the pan in your toilet? I am not an expert but we used about a box of the cleaner on each of two thirty year old toilets that were looking grubby. Now we put about a table spoon in once a month. I cannot think that quantity can do any harm to a septic tank. It is not that the powder fizzes when you put it in the water like some of these drain cleaners do - or did as some of them are illegal now!

I thought i would get a dilution chart,i cant be the same for a full descale of toilet overnight and say the shower hise head, can it ?

Just follow the instructions - it works!
