I am really impressed with this product! It works all day long, the other brand I was using required me to take the medicine 3 times a day which cause a lot of ups and downs with my mood throughout the day. This seems to give a constant dose, leaving me with a constant feeling of relaxation.

They are what they say they are. I haven't noticed anything wrong with either bottle i got. Better than you can get in a store, more pills, higher dose. Pills are super small too which is nice.

I’ve bought other brands of 5HTP, but this is my favorite. It has a great price point. I got 250 100mg tablets for less than I used to pay for 100. I also prefer tablets over capsules and they’re hard to find sometimes. I sleep better, and have better moods with this. Will definitely order again.

This is a quality product and it works well. I take one in the morning and one at bed time. It helps me relax and really helps reduce my anxiety.

Took this for appetite suppression. 5-HTP has a short half life, so the timed release is great, much more convenient than taking an instant release capsule every couple hours.
