Can the bands be changed to add more resistance?

The bands have 3 different resistance positions and mine are still on the 1st level after a couple months! Very decent construction and excellent resistance. I would also recommend getting the handle accessory, as well. One of the better purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. Rob Wheeler

Where would you get replacement bands?

I assume customer service can get them for you. I've had mine for a year and using it regularly (well, 3 times a week) and have had no trouble.

Could someone please tell me what the maximum weight resistance is?

I've never seen anything regarding exact resistance. I use the lightest resistance and it's plenty good for me. I am older and have been exercising for many years, the Core Magic has good resistance, better than similar products I've used.

For beginners only

This device is not for the advanced or pro athlete. I am an elite trainer. There needs to be much heavier resistance bands included. The heaviest resistance level is similar to doing a basic crunch with a 10lb plate...I concept of this tool is brilliant however I would be beneficial if I could feel the resistance..

I found the Instructions.

The product arrived today, BUT WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS! What the hell! What I'm supposed to do? Return it? I need THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE AND PRECAUTIONS! 6/2/2020 I found the instruction they were located under the cardboard at the bottom of the delivered box. I used it this morning, ok so far, I also added another star in rating.

Works very well.

The Core Magic is designed well. It does tighten up the core, I felt it the next day after use. Like any exercise I would suggest easing into it. Also offered is the "Core Magic Arm Bar Attachment" on Amazon, it is a different grip for the top of the Core Magic. It sells for about ten bucks for those who might be interested.
