I have used a number of meditation pillows/benches over the course of my journey to a happier healthy life and this pillow from mindful and modern is by far my favorite one. I love how sturdy it is, it forms perfectly to my bodies shape. It holds steady so I am not having to readjust during my meditation sessions. I have put it to the test and I can say with 100% confidence that this pillow will work for you. I have had numerous 1hr+ sessions and it’s just perfect. No more back pain, In the past with other pillows I would have to re-situate in the middle of my meditation and you know what that does.... This is officially the best zafu that I have tried in any price range. The design is simple, elegant, and sized just right (for reference, I am 5'8" tall). The material is very durable and I love the embroidered detail on the top. The shape of this cushion feels very natural against the body and facilitates greater stability while in half-lotus or lotus positions. I ordered both the white and the black, and decided to go with the black, as that felt best for my space and habits. I very rarely leave reviews, but this zafu really inspired me to do so. It should also be noted that mine is totally bug-free, as occasionally this can be a problem with buckwheat (from any source). Whether meditating, or merely sitting on the floor, this is my top choice, and I estimate that it will last me for years to come.

Lots of yoga via Zoom the past few weeks. I couldn’t get comfortable so I decided to order this pouf. It’s been amazing, really added to my practice. I also have been using it to just sit as my body is getting tired of the chair, couch, bed, and standing for work. I highly recommend!

This cushion is very well made with sturdy, comfortable material, and very nice looking. This not only works well for meditating, but is also good if you have back or hip issues, as it helps keep your back straight and relieves the pressure, especially if you sit for long periods.

It’s my favorite. Allows me to do yoga without any pain. Supports my back to sit up straight and enjoy all kinds of mat exercises. Would buy again

I love this cushion! I have been searching for the perfect meditation pillow for months now. Most pillows and brands I looked at, were too small for me. The round ones didn't support me or were just so tiny. This one though, my bottom fits nicely on the crescent shape! I can fold my legs comfortably and not feel like I am trying to balance the whole time. I have definitely noticed it has helped with my posture. The black color is a beautiful touch and I think makes it look really nice. I also love how there is a handle up top, making it very easy to carry around. If I could give this cushion more than 5 stars, I truly would. Love it and super excited to continue my mediation practice now!

Not cheap but cannot fault it. No issue with bugs so far with the buckwheat.

Genial producto. Lo utilizo para realizar mildfutnes. Antes nunca había podido meditar sentada porque se me dormían las piernas. Con este zafu estoy 40 minutos muy cómoda. La funda se puede lavara y el relleno adecuar a las necesidades

È il primo cuscino da meditazione che acquisto, quindi non ho molte nozioni a riguardo. Però posso dire che è molto comodo e piacevole da vedere. Si può svuotare o riempire con altra pula di farro a seconda delle proprie esigenze.
