F-82 Twin Mustang,17.5"Rubber Power

This is a nice Dumas kit, with all the quality I've come to expect from them. I am awarding three stars because the canopies are so inferior. They are shapeless blue bubbles, without markings on precisely where to cut or mask. The fuzzy blue tinge looks completely uglified my beautiful build. Guillow's, for all their faults, has much better canopies.Question for Dumas - how is this supposed to fly when the propellers overlap? I'm not flying this, but if I were, this would be a problem, I think.UPDATE: I was recently building another Dumas product, and realized that the "fuzzy blue tinge" is actually masking film on both sides of the plastic. It comes off. I'm upgrading this to four stars. Still don't understand how the propellers are supposed to work.

Great airplane !

I noticed that the 1/16 balsa strips were very inferior over the ones you buy in the hobby shop, easy to break.also the white plastic parts were also to thin to cut, had to be very careful and still had problems.

I am completely satisfied with the kit, instructions and hardware.I am guiding a young "at risk" middle school student in building this model plane. I am using the experience to give him an opportunity to know the value of sticking to a long term project with success at the end. For me, it's just fun to remembering the great times I had as a boy, building rubber-band powered model planes.

i would like the instructions a little clearer.i would like to know the procedure for papering the plane and how to bend the wires to the same size.
