200 "Derby Premium" Single Edge Razor Blades for straight razor

Overall: Very sharp, in bulk, and are a good substitute or change up with the Falcon straight razor.These are very sharp blades, and simple enough to use with my Falcon razor. After not receiving the blades I was supposed to with the Falcon, and after reading all the negative reviews about those blades slipping out after a few uses, I decided to give these a shot instead.So far, I haven't been disappointed. Paired with clear shave gel, these blades can get dust-sized grains of hair off my face, and I don't even notice for a day at lease, something even some of the best multi bladed razors can's match. And, given that there are 200 of them, I don't have to worry as much about reuse, and change out each time.

Most blades only come in 5 or 10 count packages. These come in 200 count for less price automatically making these the best value pricewise. The real value comes in with sharpness and durability. I have the Leaf 3 blade safety razor. I full body shave twice a week, and the Leaf brand blades didn't even last me one full shave. These blades though? These have lasted me three full body shaves, and are still almost as sharp as new. They come out of the box super sharp, and because of their materials stay super sharp for a very long time. Just a caution though do not put any pressure on the shaver using these. They have a very aggressive bite (grind angle), and unless you really enjoying slicing off long thin strips of skin do not press or you'll do just that. I'd definitely recommend these for anyone who needs a single edge blade, wants the durability for either thick stiff hair or heavy use as in a full body shave, and wants or needs an aggressive bite to easily power through shaving. May not be for beginners, but that won't stop me from recommending these to everyone I know.

Second year in a row, I have bought this for my daughters husband Christmas stocking, I’ve been no complaints so I would assess that he was quite happy with it

Been using this brand of blades for over a year. Lately seem to have quality control issues. Getting dull sooner than in past. One side of blade is honed razor sharp, other is not. Used to be able to tell by script on blade which side was better. Example: "Derby" large side sharp, small print not so sharp. Lately it seems to be inconsistent. Considering using another brand. Also noticed the numbered blade is a clue to which is sharp and which is going to go dull faster. Finding that 3s and 4s are better than 1s and 2s. Don't know which blade I have until unwrapped. Hopefully Derby Premium gets it's act together. Have been loyal customer for over a year.i would be dismayed to change that.

I am a barber that uses these on a daily basis, and I could tell you that these are very very sharp. I tend to be picky with my products to maximize my work and I would recommend these any day

As I stated in the title I thought I would gives these a try as an alternative to the only blades that I have purchased from leaf and to be honest they are a little disappointing. They are a little flimsier and duller than the leaf blades. A new set of these are about the same as using a set of leaf blades that are a few days old. They do the trick but definitely not the best around.

Great blades. Appear to be a parralel import from Turkiye however. The packaging of the individual blades reads Azmusebat in green instead of Derby Premium in black.

How did I get green blades with the black box! These are not the premium blades but the level down. Unbelievable.. I want a refund.
