that depends on the concentration of the disinfectant utilised. The operating manuals give details of the concentrations required for different levels of sterilisation

Q: when using on a minibus how much fluid would you expect to use?

You would need to check the product you were using on the instructions as they vary greatly. For an average minibus the amount would be minimal. You can buy test strips to see the amounts per million left on the surface which gives you a more accurate reading for the correct coverage.

Q: Does the sanitiser liquid you sell work in the fogger

Not a question I can answer. I bought sanitising fluid from my local cleaning supplies company. Its viscosity is like water and works just fine.
