I’m the same and I got the extra large. I’m a 36 D and needed the cup size and rib cage measurement. You need to wear leggings with it to be comfortable and kick ass knee high boots. That’s what I did and have used the costume multiple times. It’s only vinyl Pleather so check the buttons are secure, if not a few stitches are easy and safe. Lisa

I think will probably be large to her. I’m 5’3 127lb and the costume fit well on me, I just returned because it was too short.

No the Hat doesn't come with the costume . However it wasn't too expensive and it definitely made the costume .

Is the skirt see through?

The skirt it very short and thin, not see through. I wore stockings underneath.
