Like New, an Understatement!
Wow, the laptop I received looked like it had never been touched. Couldnโt believe it, still had plastic on the hinges and didnโt look used at all. Couldnโt be happier. Came with power cord and it was to spec as described. Only thing to be aware of if youโre not a chrome book user, these units are older and the chrome application will not get automatic updates in the near future as thereโs newer models.

Worn but functioning
While I expected the device to be somewhat scratched and worn, it was quite a lot more damaged than the product details suggested. However it works and the screen is in good condition!

Huge disappointment!
Huge disappointment from Amazon! Bought this laptop used/ refurbished. Described as perfect, like new shape but when i got it it was filthy and ridiculously scratched. Would not turn on. Charged it and waited but absolutely nothing. Tried charging it overnight and still extremely disappointed the next day when it still wouldn't do anything. My faith is lost and mind blown wondering how Amazon would has the nerve to say it was refurbished and in Luke new shape when it doesn't even turn on. Huge inconvenience when you need an item for a dead line and a major company has no quality control and won't even be worth arguing with to see if there's anything they'll do to make it right. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING REFURBISHED BY AMAZON!

Nice!!
Seems pretty nice, so far. Can't give any stars for battery life yet, as I haven't had it long enough, to determine that. It was delivered faster than expected. Would recommend!
