Had issues, but quickly resolved
After installing the battery and closely following the instructions about discharging the battery, my computer was never reading the battery at a 100% charge (it would hang up at 97% or a little under). Occasionally, I would run the laptop off of the battery and the meter in windows would continue to read 97% regardless of how long it was on battery only. Also, on occasion, I would come back to my laptop after being shut down, but left charging to a blinking battery warning light (i.e., charging issues, not a low battery warning).I reached out to the Seller by e-mail with the issue and got a quick response. They sent a replacement battery with no questions asked and it arrived quickly. No issues since.
