Genuinely impressive product - CRC Throttle Body Cleaner
I recently cleaned the throttle body on a 20-year-old vehicle. Boy was the carbon caked on (the butterfly valve wouldn't even move by hand at first). It took the entire 5 oz bottle to clean it, and a good nylon brush, but dang if the CRC cleaner didn't do an excellent job and make easy work of it! Except for the most stubborn spots, the carbon pretty much just ran off without any scrubbing or elbow grease required. This was the first time I ever attempted something like this--I'm not a mechanic or a "gear head" DIY'er--and I was genuinely impressed at how effective this cleaner is. I definitely recommend it.
