What reviews does this product have?

its very good, it help with my blood pressure and also my cramp legs

Front of bottle shows 250 mg but the supplement facts on back shows 20mg Mag. & 57mg Pot.; which is it?

It has only 20 mg elemental magnesium per capsule, and 57 mg potassium. This is extremely little. The RDA of magnesium is 400-420 mg/day for adult men & 310-320 mg/day for women. For potassium, recommendations vary, but healthy intake is on average about 3000 mg per day. Therefore, this particular supplement product is virtually useless.
